1. Project Lifecycle: Work commences upon receipt of the purchase order and initial technical sign-off. Changes to design mid-fabrication may incur additional costs.

2. Quality Assurance: All components are inspected for tolerance accuracy. Third-party testing can be arranged at the customer's request.

3. Logistics: Ex-factory delivery is standard unless otherwise negotiated. Transit insurance is recommended for heavy engineering shipments.
